Candidates will be ideally degree qualified/ MCIBSE and have first class technical skills backed up by strong leadership and client facing abilities. Registration as a Low Carbon Consultant with CIBSE would also be of particular interest to our client. Responsibilities will include full financial control, subcontractor management, procurement, progress & planning control and extensive client liaison duties.

They are now seeking to further strengthen their Estimating & Commercial Team by the appointment of an experienced HVAC Estimator. Working closely with the Estimating Manager, duties will include: taking receipt of tender information; obtaining competitive quotations; production of materials take-off assessments; use of Estimation software; analysis of quotations against specifications; bid submission; involvement in internal & external meetings (strategy, post-tender & handover meetings); value engineering.
