Established for more than half a century, our client is a highly successful M&E Building Services Contractor handling both Pre-Designed and D&B Contracts across the UK.

They are now seeking to further strengthen their Estimating & Commercial Team by the appointment of an experienced HVAC Estimator. Working closely with the Estimating Manager, duties will include: taking receipt of tender information; obtaining competitive quotations; production of materials take-off assessments; use of Estimation software; analysis of quotations against specifications; bid submission; involvement in internal & external meetings (strategy, post-tender & handover meetings); value engineering.

Contracts presently include commercial, education, healthcare & local authority developments ranging in value from small works to multi-million pound value. Our client has an excellent CPD scheme with IIP accreditation and is able to offer excellent opportunities for further professional development.
